I was never a morning person growing up. Actually to be honest I hated waking up before 10am! As I've grown older I have realised the value in rising early. 

It has now become a favourite part of my day. I have created a routine that gives energy, purpose and balance. I think it is especially important to create a sacred morning routine during these times of isolation and uncertainty. By creating daily habits you will set yourself for daily success.

Once a week I love to dedicated some time to myself and indulge in some pampering. It helps me to unwind, relax and give my skin some TLC.

Skinstitut Skincare

My skincare routine has become one of the most important parts of my day. I have always taken good care of my skin but as I get older I am noticing changes in my skin which means changing up my skincare. I was first introduced to Skinstitut 3 years ago. I had purchased the amazing Laser Aid and Glycolic Scrub 14% after a laser treatment. I used both products all over my body and was extremely happy with the results. Laser Aid became a staple in my after sun care. The rich blend of vitamin concentrates (A, B5, E, F & H) and antioxidants soothed, cooled and assisted in skin repair after sun exposure. It would take away that sting that your skin can feel after it has burnt. I would wake up the next day and my redness had completely gone! It truly is an amazing product. I ended up taking it on my trips to Thailand  to use daily after being in the sun.
