Staying Healthy & Fit With Hypothyroidism


Knowing where to start on your health and fitness journey can feel overwhelming. After struggling with hyperthyroidism over the summer I felt like my body and mind needed a transformation. I have used this time in isolation to do just that. 

I set myself some attainable goals and have been challenging myself to achieve these each day.
